At Yousign, the product is the heart of our project and our ambition to become the European leader in eSignature for SMBs will require a high-performance, easy-to-use and intuitive product that meets our customers' needs ever better. To conquer the market, we deployed a strategy combining Self-serve and Sales-Assisted to better serve our customers and accelerate our growth.

As a Business Operations Manager at Yousign, you will integrate the cross-functional Business Operations team by working closely with Revenue and Product teams, Salesforce engineers and Data Analysts.

Your role is to drive revenue, operational efficiency and growth. You are the go to person to think, design and implement new business processes.

You will manage medium/long term projects and initiatives (Quarterly OKRs) in order to support Yousign’s objectives for the year.

You will also support our sales and marketing teams in their day-to-day tasks, answering their requests and making sure they don’t face any blockers with their toolset.

To be more pragmatic, here’s some examples:

  • Build a round robin for inbound leads
  • Design and implement the right architecture to allow a precise monitoring of our marketing campaigns
  • Revamp our customer account’s organization to make sure we deliver the right customer knowledge
  • Implement a new pricing strategy in our billing tool (Chargebee)

Your Missions

Processes & Tools

  • Analyse and optimise business processes (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage and optimise our stack of tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Chargebee etc.)
  • Conduct benchmark of good practices & technology progress

Data & reporting

  • Build reports and dashboards to follow performance
  • Analyse data to help identify problems and lever for improvement
  • Monitor the impact of all the solutions implemented and provide strategic recommendations.

Project Management & enablement

  • Lead projects successfully through good project management and a data driven mindset
  • Partner with sales, marketing and product to implement strategic recommendations
  • Document operational processes and train teams

Your profile

  • You have a least one previous experience in Operations and on Salesforce
  • You have strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mindset.
  • You are a team player.
  • You are fluid in French and in English
  • You are motivated to join a scale-up and ready to take up the challenges it implies.
  • As this role requires interacting with many people and leaders, you’ll need to be organised, didactic and open-minded.
  • Being already familiar with the SaaS industry is a plus.
